Our approach
The first consultation involves taking a detailed case history and a discussion of your goals and objectives. This will be followed by detailed analysis of your diet and eating habits.

Kesh will help you understand your bodies requirements and will work with you to determine the right diet for you. Advice and guidance on exercise, stress reduction and posture will also be given if relevant.
